Black Coffee Receives $1-million For Fake Death Report

The BET Award 2016 Best International Africa Act winner, DJ Black Coffee has received R15-million from the media company that broke news about his fake death.

The media house claims a Facebook user broke the news on social media which got the attention of their lenses.

“We apologise for the false article. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused. Apart from the compensation sent in cash, our company would also provide you with three years free promotional deal.” – the company shared on their Instagram page.

Black Coffee is the only and first ever South African musician to win a BET Award and was currently on his tour.
